Business Development Lead

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team in Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends.

  • Salary and Bonus: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
