Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Equipment Specialist to join our team at Lincoln College. This part-time opportunity requires the successful candidate to have excellent technical skills and a passion for beauty education.

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up our beauty salons for engaging learning experiences, equipped with all necessary tools and products. Regular stock checks and timely orders from suppliers will also be their responsibility, ensuring no disruptions to salon sessions.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning on various courses and programmes, including assessing students to meet standards set by awarding bodies. They will also have access to our comprehensive reward and recognition programme, 30 days annual leave, flexible/hybrid working opportunities, and a relaxed dress code on Fridays and during non-term time.

We operate a talent pool scheme whereby candidates who are not successful on this occasion may be considered for a period of up to 3 months for similar positions. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
