About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team as a Locum Head of Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our employment law team during the permanent recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote our employment law services
  • Lead business development initiatives to grow our client base
  • Oversee the provision of employment and HR services to commercial clients
  • Deliver training sessions to the wider department on employment law and HR best practices
  • Manage cases for both claimants and respondents, including representing individual clients at Tribunals
  • Provide HR and employment law services to commercial clients through our HR Services division

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 7 years' PQE
  • Exceptional and comprehensive knowledge of employment law
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing
  • Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Case Management Systems and ELA membership is advantageous
