An exciting chance for a Paid Media professional to join The Career Agent, a dynamic and growing business, in a pivotal time of their evolution. Lead Paid Media activity, and collaborate with internal and external teams to attract and convert new customers to the software platform.

This is not a role for the faint of heart. You will need to showcase your excellent PPC and Paid Social skillset, as well as your passion for revenue growth. We are looking for a very driven person, passionate about the industry, interested in helping a growing business to succeed.

Report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with a high-performing team who are all passionate about the industry. This is the chance to bring your skillset to make a big impact on the business, and take your career to the next level.

The Role

  • Lead budgeting, planning, and execution of paid acquisition activities, currently focused on Paid Search and Paid Social (Google, Meta, Instagram, Reddit).
  • Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy across all channels; paid search, paid social, display, video, with a data-driven approach, and grow the channel mix.
  • Manage a performance marketing agency, to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Deliver lead generation growth across key markets (UK, US), while optimizing coach conversions through the marketing and sales funnels.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure messaging and creative is optimized.
  • Analyze and improve the customer journey to drive conversions.
  • Work with the business on new product launches.
  • Monitor acquisition KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring that marketing funnels are healthy and spend is delivering ROI.
  • Present the acquisition marketing performance to the business.
  • Create a buzz around performance marketing, be a champion for all things performance marketing.

The Person

  • 3-5 years' experience in media agencies or in-house digital marketing roles.
  • Record of delivering exceptional digital media performance.
  • Google Ads, META, and Google Analytics, digital marketing funnels, associated metrics, and KPIs.
  • Passion for the industry, ideally with experience in the industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tenacity to pitch your ideas internally to get buy-in and budget.
  • Self-starter, solving issues proactively and independently when needed.
  • Have the right to work within the UK.

The Details

  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Remuneration: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
  • Location: Central London.
  • Working: 5 days in the office initially.
