We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the global sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and executing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial processing and refining sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and global market trends.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in market dynamics.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Address customer concerns related to products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present the company's value proposition and technical offerings to senior-level decision makers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction after the sale.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations in the industrial processing or refining sector.
- Experience working with global clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
- Result-oriented approach and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
