Horticultural Care Specialist
We seek a highly skilled Horticultural Care Specialist to join our team at Get Golfing CIO. As a key member of our groundskeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes surrounding our golf courses.

This part-time position offers flexible hours with opportunities to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong physical stamina, and a passion for gardening and horticulture.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance garden features, including flower beds, borders, and other landscaping elements.
- Perform pruning and trimming tasks to maintain the health and appearance of trees, shrubs, and hedges.
- Ensure proper irrigation and watering of plants, including planting new species and maintaining existing ones.
- Weed and perform general maintenance tasks to keep garden areas tidy and safe.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the groundskeeping team to achieve a cohesive and well-maintained environment.
- Acknowledge and adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Salary Information and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around £27,000-£33,000 per annum, taking into account industry standards and location.
