Flexible Property Manager Position in Sandhurst

About the Role
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants: You will build strong relationships with our clients and communicate effectively to ensure their needs are met.
Booking works and managing relationships with contractors: You will coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication with our network of contractors.
Carrying out property Inspections: You will conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Renewals of compliance certificates (Gas Regs, EICRs etc): You will manage the renewal process for various certifications.
Deposit releases, tenancy issues: You will handle deposits and resolve any tenancy-related disputes.
Arranging inventories and check-ins: You will coordinate inventory checks and ensure smooth handovers.
About the Package
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £19,000 per annum for a part-time position, which equates to around £28,000 as a full-time role. The package includes:
Part time hours - circa 30 hours/week
In-house training to enhance your skills and knowledge
One day of remote work per week if desired
Regular company social events and awards to recognize your achievements
A parking permit for convenience
