About the Role:

Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a skilled Foreign Language Assistant to join our team. As a Foreign Language Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our GCSE students in their language studies. You will work closely with teachers and staff to provide high-quality language support to individuals and small groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GCSE students in their language studies, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and deliver engaging language lessons that meet the needs of our students.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of language activities and projects, promoting a love of language learning in our students.
  • Contribute to the development of our language curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students' needs.
