Job Title: Weekend Lecturer in Business

Regent College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Weekend Lecturer in Business to join our team. As a Weekend Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a variety of business-related subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality teaching materials and courses
  • Teach and facilitate learning sessions in a hybrid (face-to-face and online) environment
  • Maintain attendance records and work with the attendance team to ensure accuracy
  • Support the production of assessments and ensure they are approved in accordance with procedures
  • Monitor student progress and provide pastoral support as needed
  • Engage in scholarship and continually update knowledge to support teaching activities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline
  • Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA) or willingness to work towards
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in an HE environment
  • Appropriate digital skills in learning, teaching, and assessment
  • PhD (or submitted and awaiting examination) or equivalence accepted in a relevant subject area
