Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at De Le Cuona. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ordering and purchasing processes, ensuring exceptional service and delivering business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure and manage the stock inventory of fabrics, home accessories, and components.
  • Track and record orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times.
  • Manage price and inventory levels, forecasting product performance and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with logistics agents to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Support certification audits and maintain procurement records and sustainability certifications.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (2 years+) in a procurement or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous knowledge of SAP software is advantageous.
