Service Development Opportunity
Cygnet Health Care is looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, working on Sunrise Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our services, making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with eating disorders and other complex needs.

Main Duties
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for service improvement and develop strategies to address these
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure that services are meeting high standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Participate in training and CPD to enhance knowledge and promote best practice

Requirements
- Current Pin Number as an RMN/RNLD
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to empowering service user independence
