Main Purpose of the role:

Support the Estate Agency Director in implementing and delivering the Area's strategic operating plans, focusing on sales performance and business growth across Estate Agency and Legal Services.

Critical Activities/Main duties:

  • Drive listings and market share through canvassing and prospecting, ensuring the Company's principles are embedded and actively promoted.
  • Develop a partnership culture throughout the Area, maximizing operational efficiency across all business streams.
  • Contribute to devising the Area strategy, ensuring profitable growth and continuous improvement within the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a highly effective Area Team, embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of the Company.
  • Ensure the Area adheres to the Spicerhaart Way and implements Company and Business Policy.
  • Represent the Area both internally and externally, being the professional face of the business.
  • Monitor Area operating and financial results, taking remedial action where necessary to achieve profitability.
  • Accountable for legal and commercial compliance throughout the Area business.

Role Specific Competencies:

  • People Management: motivate a workforce, undertake high-level staff 1:1s and reviews, focusing on performance and development.
  • Strategic Management: provide clear direction and purpose to the Area Team.
  • Effectively contribute to, communicate, and drive Change, gaining buy-in at the earliest opportunity.
  • Personal Impact: evidence knowledge and competence daily as a role model within the Area.
