Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives in the southern regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of internal stakeholders and employees.

About You:

You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training strategies that drive business results. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive training plans that meet business objectives.
  2. Delivering high-quality training sessions to internal stakeholders and employees.
  3. Evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant qualifications such as PTLLS or equivalent in Education and/or Training.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
