A strong consultative selling and questioning approach is essential, along with demonstrable ability to handle common customer objections. You'll be self-motivated and performance-driven, with excellent communication, persuasiveness, influencing, and negotiation skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, annual bonus, pension scheme, family-friendly benefits, retailer discounts, and access to Employee Assistance Programs.
