About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at Barchester Healthcare, you will utilize your expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include ensuring new residents settle in comfortably, developing tailored care plans, and performing various clinical tasks. About You
To join our team as a Registered Nurse (RMN), you must have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience in creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes a person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing.
