Poolside Professional

Foxhills Collection, a renowned luxury resort in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Poolside Professional to lead our swimming team as a Lead Swimming Coach. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate individuals of all ages and abilities in the art of swimming.

Foxhills Collection boasts an impressive array of leisure facilities, including five swimming pools, state-of-the-art gym, and world-class spa. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to this vision by delivering high-quality swim instruction and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for learners of all levels.

• Develop and implement engaging swim lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Lead a team of swimming instructors to ensure seamless delivery of lessons and maintain the highest standards of teaching and customer service
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and instructor evaluations
• Collaborate with the Swim Supervisor to optimize pool schedules, allocate resources, and minimize disruptions
• Promote Foxhills Collection's values and services through exceptional customer interaction and community outreach initiatives

• Hold a Level 2 Swimming Instruction Certification and possess a current National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) qualification
• Proven experience in leading swimming teams, with a strong background in instructional design, classroom management, and communication skills
• Demonstrate a passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional service to guests
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
