Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and support the reception team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist with the management of hotel operations, including room assignments, key control, and guest communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Strong experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Knowledge of front office systems and procedures, with the ability to train and support others.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas/New Year.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 per year.
