As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception desk, and supporting the hotel's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and support the reception team, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist with the management of hotel operations, including room assignments, key control, and guest communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of front office systems and procedures, with the ability to train and support others.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas/New Year.
