About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Slug & Lettuce in Liverpool. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, stock management, and food hygiene.
  • Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
  • Oversee deliveries and ensure timely receipt of stock.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company targets.
