About the Role
As a key member of our field commercial team, you will play a crucial part in launching a new Ophthalmology product in the UK market. This exciting opportunity involves driving sales growth, developing account plans, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and healthcare organizations to drive sales growth and increase prescribing.
  2. Develop and execute territory-specific account plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Leverage multi-channel customer engagement strategies to build long-term relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize local market access opportunities.
  5. Ensure delivery of results against KPIs and project objectives.
