This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sea Career as a senior member of the Management Team.

About the Job:
  • To ensure the safe operation of each ship and provide a link between Sea Career and those on board.
  • Act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA).

As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will be responsible for implementing internal and external safety driven initiatives. This role requires pro-active support to the Fleet Management teams in dealing with all marine, environmental, quality, operational, security and compliance issues.

Requirements:
  • Previous shore-based experience in a HSEQ role in ship management.
  • Hold Class 1 Master Unlimited License or lower license considered.
  • Seagoing experience as Chief/Safety Officer or above on cruise ships or other vessels.

We offer a competitive package including a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
