About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Collections Driver to join our team at the Swansea Mail Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and parcels to houses and businesses within a designated area
  • Collect mail from post-boxes, post offices, and business customers at prearranged times
  • Use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries
  • Unload and sort mailbags, ensuring they reach the right operating lines to support efficient processing

About You

We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You will have a strong sense of community and be able to adapt to flexible shift patterns. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is essential, and a clean licence is preferred.
