This exciting opportunity is available at Maxim Recruitment for a Claims and Disputes Specialist to join a reputable engineering firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of claims across multiple projects and sectors, analysing and preparing claims for time extensions, variations, and additional costs, and providing expert guidance on contractual obligations, risks, and entitlements.

The successful candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying, ideally from a main contracting or sub-contractor background, and experience with negotiations and claims settlements.

We are looking for someone with competent Microsoft Office skills and good experience/knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC and JCT.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (depending on experience), and includes an annual Christmas bonus, discretionary project performance bonus, private family medical cover, and support towards further qualifications.
