Job Title: Primary School Teacher

We are seeking an experienced Teacher and Mentor to join our team in Caterham.

Annual Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all pupils.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • PARTICIPATE IN COLLABORATIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
