About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bar Team Member to join our dynamic team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive perfectly served drinks every time. You'll be part of a fast-paced and fun environment, working closely with your colleagues to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Within our team, you'll receive a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success. You'll have access to apprenticeship programmes and our in-house management training programmes, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement. Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight, with busiest times in the evenings, weekends, and public school holidays. We're looking for a team player with great customer service skills, high energy, and flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
