**Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting comprehensive talent searches using a variety of headhunting and networking methods to identify high-calibre candidates within the Private Markets verticals.
  • Implementing strategic sales plans that align with our overall business objectives, ensuring a pipeline of new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the financial services, investment banking, or private equity sectors (or related fields such as real estate, infrastructure, or sustainability).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
