Better People is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our team in Wallingford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing property listings to meet sales targets.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in property sales. We offer a competitive salary of £35k OTE, plus protected earnings during the first 3 months. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Managing property listings and ensuring they are accurately marketed to attract potential buyers
  • Conducting property valuations and preparing property particulars to showcase properties in their best light
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings to match buyers with their ideal properties
  • Negotiating offers and managing the sales process to ensure smooth transactions
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire property transaction
Our Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A full UK driving license and own car to facilitate travel to properties and meetings
  • A passion for property and the real estate sector to drive success in this role
  • Good IT skills and the ability to compose professional emails and reports
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but not essential. Experience in the property sector would be a definite advantage.
