Building Automation Program Manager

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Job OverviewResponsibilities- Develop and maintain product selection and configuration tools to improve work efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify necessary product applications and implement them effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead projects and programs, delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
- Design and implement tools and procedures to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with the supply chain to optimize product offerings and maximize reach.
- Train and develop less experienced staff to ensure knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Proven experience in managing operational programs, marketing, or sales.
- Technical expertise in HVAC controls and experience with BAS METASYS.
