We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team, responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare and present high-quality dishes, adhering to menu specifications and presentation guidelines.
  2. To train and develop junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. To maintain accurate records of inventory, ordering, and stock control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
