Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Science Leader to join our team at Cervello. As the Global COE Lead for AI and Data Science, you will be responsible for leading our Data Science COE and driving the development of our methodologies, best-practices, standards, and service offerings in the areas of data analytics, data mining, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the COE, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy
  • Collaborate with Cervello go-to-market and client teams to understand and support demands for COE services
  • Work closely with Client Account Leaders to drive account strategy and provide support on business development efforts
  • Align and partner with other practice and COE leads on cross-practice initiatives

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on building data science and artificial intelligence teams in a matrixed organization
  • 10+ years of experience leading project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • 7+ years of prior project experience in leading complex data Science engagements across industries
  • Proven experience in building commercially viable offerings
  • Experience in working with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and joint marketing programs
  • Deep understanding and experience leading organizations and teams on data science strategy, implementation, change management, and operational processes
  • Experience working across leading data science platforms and with best of breed coding languages
  • Working knowledge of the best usage of various machine learning algorithms, statistics, and mathematics principles to employ when solving client problems
  • Deep knowledge of how AI and GEN AI can be applied in organizations and what is required to deliver solutions that can scale
  • Exceptional team building skills and not afraid to get into the weeds to help uplift teams
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with exceptional client-facing capabilities
