Senior Support Worker - Wiveliscombe

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Wiveliscombe. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality support to individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
* Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances
