Job Description

">As an IT Systems Analyst at Veolia, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting areas of poor performance, identifying effective resolutions, and contributing to the planning and testing of our IT service plans. If you have experience supporting business-critical SAAS applications and knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

">In this role, you'll work closely with our IT team to:
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that affect our business operations.
  • Contribute to the planning and testing of new IT projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Requirements

">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience working in a similar IT role, preferably in a business-critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework.
  • Desirable: Experience with key applications, including Workday.

Salary Information

">The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
