As part of this team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 people, supporting administration tasks and ensuring efficient packing and delivery of orders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing despatch and teams, as well as a counterbalance FLT licence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of 4 people to achieve effective results
  2. Support all administration tasks: printing, van recovery, invoice checks, weekly vehicle checks, order numbers, returns
  3. Organise packing, despatch and carrier allocation for all orders
  4. Load and organise the van delivery order producing lists for the driver including delivery notes
  5. Ensure the yard and despatch work areas are kept tidy
  6. Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
About You
  1. Previous experience in managing despatch and teams
  2. Counterbalance FLT licence
  3. Ideally experience using SAGE and Excel

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role offers a competitive benefits package, including holidays, pension and employee assistance programme.
