About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Surrey & Berkshire Region. As a key member of the Chancellors team, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing growth strategies, and driving results. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering growth in an estate agency business, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will also be able to analyze data and market trends to inform your decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee sales operations across the designated region.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage staff at various locations.
  4. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
