Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Northern Security Limited. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of security officers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of security officers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any issues or challenges
  • Monitor and assess client satisfaction and feedback
  • Proactively address and resolve client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback and use it as a tool to grow
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Ability to work independently and well under pressure
