About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Adviser to join our team in County Durham. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for delivering expert face-to-face advice to customers, supported by a dedicated back-office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, business quality, and staff development
  • Develop a financial advice presence in the community
  • Review existing clients' financial circumstances and advise on their financial future
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business and customer service expectations. You will also need to possess high standards of quality and compliance, as well as the ambition to succeed in a thriving environment.
