Carepro Limited is a leading provider of healthcare and education services across the UK and Ireland. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals and families, and are seeking an experienced Family Care Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable children and adults, and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics.

We are offering a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including fast track registration and 24/7 on-call support.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on young people's lives, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and deliver family support services, including home visits and group sessions
  • To work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to maintain a safe and stable environment for their children

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (Vulnerable Children & Adults)
  • Five years' practical reference history
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
