Wilkinson & Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for performing reconciliations, P&L reporting, and supporting change initiatives. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office and 3 at home.

Your salary will be approximately £40,000, considering your experience and the location of Central Edinburgh. In this role, you will prepare month-end accounting, investigate process/system issues, and support system testing. You will also contribute to change initiatives and provide financial guidance to the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a similar position where you have overseen core management accounts functions and have a good understanding of these functions. A professional accountancy qualification would be beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
