Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer with SC Clearance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with SC clearance to lead our ServiceNow deliveries and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
  • Define and implement best practices, ensuring seamless ServiceNow operations.
  • Participate in design, development, and deployment phases, leveraging expertise in core ServiceNow modules.
  • Develop and maintain script-based assignment and approval rules, business rules, and UI actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve ServiceNow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Active SC clearance and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
