About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Planner to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our construction planning team, you will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and administering construction programmes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce programmes for contract requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist and liaise with the coordination of work activity with external contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce programme information to support bids and live construction projects, highlighting key milestones and deadlines.
  • Liaise with managers, engineers, external contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Present information in meetings, effectively communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify programme risks and develop solutions to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a construction planner, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction planning software, including ASTA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
