Operations and Maintenance Specialist

Mars Petcare in Castle Cary is seeking a highly motivated Operations Apprentice to join our team. As an Operations Apprentice, you will work towards the Level 3 Food and Drink Technical Operator qualification and be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and products.
The ideal candidate will have GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English and be willing and able to travel to our Castle Cary site and Bridgewater and Taunton College. You must not have more than 2 years operations experience, prior learning, or qualifications higher than an NVQ Level 3 in operations.
The salary for this position is £20,000 rising on completion of each academic year, plus an annual bonus and benefits package.
