Workshop Supervisor

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead and manage a team of welder/fabricators in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of welder/fabricators to ensure efficient and effective production of high-quality products.
• Oversee the operations of the workshop, including project management, materials management, and work distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the workshop.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor and control overtime to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and fabricating, with a strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques.
• Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• CAD experience is desirable, but not essential.
