The Hogarth Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Property & Members Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our portfolio of residential units.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the company's targets for new tenancies are met and maintained through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure tenancies are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Chief Operations Officer.
  • Manage the renewals process to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue.

**Building Maintenance and Presentation**

  • Ensure the presentation of buildings within the portfolio is maintained through daily inspections of front house communal areas.
  • Work with the maintenance team to arrange repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct inventories for each tenancy and conduct 6 monthly inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Attend check-in and check-out meetings with residents to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage maintenance issues as they arise to minimize disruptions to residents.

**Marketing and Revenue Growth**

  • Develop and maintain a marketing presence for new listings and opportunities across the portfolio, utilizing traditional portals and social media.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to residents and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Explore new revenue streams, such as vending products and laundry services, to enhance the company's bottom line.
