Konexo is our alternative legal services division, meeting client demand for high-quality, interim professionals in law, HR, and compliance. Our Legal Resourcing team supports clients and internal teams with interim lawyers, paralegals, and project managers.

Our non-contentious construction lawyers support major infrastructure and development projects within the energy and transport sectors.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of PQE experience as a non-contentious construction lawyer.
  • A broad range of non-contentious construction law experience gained in-house, private practice, or both.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on standard form construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC, JCT) and bespoke forms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot, and problem solve innovatively.
  • Managing varied workloads with minimal direction, effective legal risk management, and escalation when necessary.
