Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with key customers in the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via phone and other lead generation methods
  • Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met
  • Collaborating and gaining support from Commercial, Technical, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Any EPOS, Barcode, Mobile Device, Printing equipment sales experience desirable but not essential
  • Good written and verbal communications skills, especially by phone
  • Experience in B2B New Biz/Account management
  • Building lasting relationships
  • Experience in business planning to ensure targets are met
  • Proven experience achieving revenue and margin targets
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, and inquisitiveness

What We Offer

  • £25k - £30k Salary (DOE) + OTE £35K - £45k (DOE)
  • Industry recognised sales training and progression to Sales Account Manager role
  • Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday
