We are seeking a Weekend Safeguarding Support to join our team and help us deliver our services safely.

In this role, you will work closely with our staff and other volunteers to provide guidance and support to service users, and to help us ensure that our policies and procedures are being followed.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through a range of training opportunities, including Safeguarding in Practice and Working safely with Children and Adults at Risk of Harm.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience and skills in safeguarding, while also making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a part-time role, working weekend events from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime, with a changing location each year.

Mandatory training includes:

  • Safeguarding in Practice every three years
  • Annual CPD event
  • Annual Regional Safeguarding Meeting
