As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products and enhancing existing ones, while leading a team of engineers to achieve these goals.

About the Role:
  1. You will lead the development of electronic designs and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing new electronic components and systems, while also improving existing processes and procedures.
  3. You will participate in the development of technical product architecture, contributing to the growth of the company.
  4. You will lead a team of engineers, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.

We are offering a highly competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
