About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our Consultants during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support services to Nurses and Consultants, ensuring seamless care delivery and maintaining quality standards.
  • Liaise and network with other hospital departments to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to assess patient health and well-being, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to quality enhancements.
  • Lead clinics and promote best practice, driving quality improvements and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to lead clinics and manage complex caseloads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Phlebotomy skills, with training available for those who require it.
