Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team at Parklands Hospital in Basingstoke, England.

As a Senior Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to establish a common understanding of the problems patients are experiencing.

You will have the opportunity to develop your therapeutic skills and contribute to the hospital's commitment to excellence in medical development and advancement.

The salary for this role is £65,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out new referral assessments and deliver therapy to patients.
  • Collaborate with psychology colleagues to develop interventions and follow-up patients for medication reviews.
  • Contribute to teaching and training junior doctors, medical students, and other team members.

Requirements:

  • MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) or equivalent.
