About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our responsive team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models, and implementing efficiencies. Housing experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent client engagement skills, leadership experience, and a valid driving license. They will also be competent in Microsoft Project and Excel trackers, and have a good understanding of Health and Safety Awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing contracts and overseeing direct labour and supply chain models
- Implementing efficiencies and improving performance
- Negotiating packages of work with subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver best value and service to clients
Benefits and Salary
