Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our dedicated finance team. As a pivotal member of the finance department, the Chief Financial Strategist will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, overseeing budgetary processes, and ensuring the fiscal health of our diverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Key Metrics) and meticulously prepare information packs for submission to the Financial Controller.
  • Drive continuous improvements to the Group's monthly financial reporting process and internal controls, including intercompany transactions.
  • Provide expert technical accounting knowledge and maintain our accounting and financial policies.
  • Support the consolidation and preparation of annual statutory financial statements for Group entities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the Group's year-end audit to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure our financial control framework is robust and that all financial reporting obligations meet high standards.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the financial control environment and oversee their implementation.

Requirements

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in management reporting and financial oversight.
  • Strong expertise in relevant accounting practices and technical knowledge (Financial / Management information).
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
